Brandon Gilbert is the co-founder of Slice Sports Management, a full-service NIL, transfer portal, and sports representation agency. After facing rejection from sports industry internships, Brandon and co-founder Jacob Tilem decided to build their own path — turning Slice into a fast-growing agency known for hustle, hands-on deal-making, and getting results for its athletes. A Long Island native and Syracuse University alum, Brandon is currently pursuing his MBA at Hofstra University.

Jacob Tilem is the co-founder of Slice Sports Management, a full-service NIL, transfer portal, and sports representation agency. A Brooklyn native and Syracuse University graduate currently pursuing his law degree at Brooklyn Law School, Jacob brings a sharp legal mind to the table, focused on building strong partnerships and making sure athletes get the opportunities and exposure they deserve.

Director of Baseball Operations

Max McFarland leads Slice's baseball division, bringing a deep understanding of the college baseball landscape, NIL, and player development. A licensed attorney in the state of Kentucky, Max brings a unique legal perspective to every deal he negotiates, working directly with Slice's baseball clients to maximize their opportunities on and off the field.
